years experience in the Logistics sector.
In that time Darren has held senior Leadership
positions for such companies as Royal Mail,
DHL and Asda.
These roles included running
Asda’s largest Distribution Centre (1.1m sq feet, 1200 colleagues
and an operating budget of £40m) and part of Royal
Mails start up team for the new Streamline
distribution network – 16 Distributions Centres nationwide.
In his Leadership roles he achieved fantastic
results in employee satisfaction and customer performance results. At
Royal Mail the Distribution Centre he ran
achieved the best Employee results for the whole company for 2 years
running whilst achieving all of its Key performance targets.
